Position Summary
As a part of HR Benefits Strategy, you will collaborate across the Health, Welfare, Well-being and Retirement teams, supporting administrative tasks and assisting with key projects and priorities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with Benefits service providers as well as other areas in Human Resources including Shared Services and Finance. You will help us deliver on our goal of supporting holistic health through a broad array of innovative benefit programs designed to reward, recognize, develop and motivate our colleagues, while helping them care for those they love.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and process daily funding of invoices in Excel and support the monthly budgeting approval process
- Coordinate meeting and travel logistics for Benefits team members and assist with expense reports
- Interface with local site leads, Distribution Centers, Well-Being Ambassadors and others to coordinate onsite visits and Benefits Fairs and provide local event support at your office location
- Contribute to benchmarking, data collection and analysis in support of benefit plan design
- Coordinate with team members and vendors to provide accurate and timely updates of benefits information on the colleague benefits portal
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- Contribute content to Benefits presentations in PowerPoint
- Participate in Benefits team meetings; prepare, maintain and distribute notes
- Support HR Benefits team and HR Leaders with special projects and ad hoc requests when needed
- Research and assist with colleague escalations
- Serve as office on-site point of contact for mail distribution and coordination with mailroom staff
- Catalog and distribute time-sensitive and privileged correspondence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of work-related experience in HR, Corporate Benefits role or Administrative Support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent detail orientation
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Strong organization skills and ability to effectively prioritize
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Corporate HR Benefits role
- Strong financial acumen
- Previous vendor management experience
- Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport across all business groups and levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
