Position Summary
We are reinventing our front store to be the front door to healthcare. For millions of Americans, that journey begins with one of our 9,700+ retail stores, and we want to help each of our customers take the next step in their healthcare journey. To help us achieve this goal, we are looking for innovative marketing, customer experience, and service design leaders who think big and push boundaries to drive results — for the customer and for the business.
As the Retail Experience Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing in-store marketing experiences. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution of initiatives that enhance the in-store experience for our customers.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and store experience initiatives.
- Support creative development by organizing inputs and managing timelines.
- Coordinate print production and shipping logistics, including print requests, vendor quotes, PO submissions, and inventory tracking.
- Maintain project trackers, checklists, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.
- Support field communications (e.g., signage guides, myWork tasks, monthly checklists).
- Collect, analyze, and report on customer and market data to support segmentation, competitive analysis, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports, leveraging insights to optimize marketing efforts and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing and/or retail environment
- Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the in-store retail environment
- Exposure to marketing analytics or campaign performance reporting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
