Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager implements processes for sales, account management, and business retention operations for organizational product and services for the Professional Employer Organization book of business.

Responsible for internal and external communication and downstream system execution to transmit renewals, structural and benefit changes.

What you will do

-Work in collaboration with the Account Executive on the plan sponsor relationship, renewal decisions and strategic direction.

-Stay up to date with annual PEO portfolio changes, maintaining accurate plan grids.

-Meet PEO timeline by updating all PEO operational transaction items including the final plan grid, SBC's, Large Group Intake Tool, ID card reviews, etc.

-Works closely with the internal Plan Sponsor Services team and participates on implementation calls to ensure all deliverables are on target.

-Responsible for ensuring annual items such as MA MCC testing is in compliance with our fully insured plan offerings.

-Involved in escalated member or plan sponsor issues.

-Involved in preparing/conducting in person and virtual plan sponsor trainings as needed working in collaboration with the PEO Client Benefit Educator.

-Mentorship opportunities with less tenured account management team members.

Required Qualifications
-Health Insurance license in resident state or become licensed within 90 days of hire date.

-A minimum of 4 to 5 years account Management experience in the healthcare industry or Professional Employer Organization.

-Adept at execution and delivery(planning, delivering and supporting) skills.

-Adept at problem solving and decision making skills.

-Adept at collaboration and teamwork.

-Adept at attention to detail.

-Adept at presenting in person or virtually.

-Adept at engaging with the C suite.

-Willing to travel up to 10-15% annually.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualifications, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
