Position Summary
The Analyst, is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the operational process to deliver the requested communications with the desired channel, accurately, timely and within allowable budget. This individual acts as point of contact to the business requester for all assigned communication projects. They will help educate requester on communication options or pull in other subject matter experts to assist with custom needs. This position will be responsible for tracking and the completion of multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet still affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects.
This role will need to partner across all MCO teams and various external vendors to foster relationships, address questions, gain operational knowledge, and track progress against those requests.
This individual will also be trained on various operational processes supported by MCO teams to assist with execution during times of elevated volumes.
Required Qualifications
- Organizational/Project Management skills
- Strong Communication skills including ability to present and clearly articulate information to their Manager.
- Problem Solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements.
- Critical Thinking to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis.
- Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Proficient in workflow tools (Aprimo, Salesforce, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in an operations capacity specifically in project management. Prior experience in the following industries: operations, communications, print or marketing, Prescription or Health Benefits.
- 1-3 years experience working at home
Education
Associates Degree or HS Diploma/Equivalent + 4 years equivalent work experience, or
Bachelor Degree/Equivalent + 2 years equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
