Position Summary
The Senior Analyst for Asset Protection will be responsible for analytics processing and data operations support for existing Asset Protection strategies. This includes but is not limited to support and development of field and treatment plan owner facing dashboards and applications, treatment plan measurements and score-carding. This tasking may sometimes include support & maintenance of scalable data pipelines.
This role will support the Asset Protection organization at large. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning. The candidate should be a self-motivated individual accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel.
**This role can be based from anywhere in the US and requires approximately 10% travel to various CVS regional business offices.
Job Responsibilities
Independently collect and analyze data to monitor existing metrics that correspond to shrink or margin loss using SQL and other data analysis tools
Access, manipulate and maintain large datasets to support departmental profit protection activities. Support existing data collection and ETL flows for database assets
Support enhancements for field and corporate-facing reporting, program measurements and Tableau dashboards
Become a trusted advisor to cross-functional business partners on source of truth for Asset Protection KPIs
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in data analytics roles
• Minimum 1 year of experience manipulating large data sets to support planned analyses, using SQL, Python and similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in data analytics roles
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Python, Git, ETL tools (e.g. Tableau Prep, Alteryx), or Cloud Databases (e.g. Snowflake, GCP)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from technical and non-technical business partners and executives
• Bachelor’s Degree related to data analytics, finance, mathematics or other data related fields preferred
Education
Associate’s degree or related equivalent work experience required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
