Position Summary

The Analyst, POS Rebate Operations provides operational support to the Senior Manager POS Rebate Operations. This position will support the POS Rebates program, it's clients and CPOS.

  • Provide inquiry support for account teams, client underwriting, legal, internal audit, client audit and clients.
  • Support data issues and program enhancements to resolution.
  • Support POS Rebates quarterly activities for underwriting rates, NDC loads and invoice-to-POS Rebates achievement audits & analysis.
  • Support quarterly POS Rebate client analysis, statement generation confirmation and rate/forecast, and modulator adjustment activities.
  • Assist in coordinating and documenting business requirements for product enhancement.
  • Develop and document business requirements and operational specifications.
  • Help provide and validate client reporting.
  • This position will have primary responsibility to support to Rebate Invoicing and Clinical Operations for the purpose of researching and evaluating client formulary positioning to determine rebate eligibility for POS Rebate clients.
  • Perform detailed analysis at NDC level to reconcile and perform quality checks on POS Rebate rates.
  • Assist in assessing any client or member issues and service warranties as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Maintenance of Business Activities.
  • Serve as backup with team activities.
  • Monthly/quarterly POS Rebate analyses.
  • Provide Account Management type support to Client Account Teams.


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years work experience or college graduate.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Data Management experience.
  • Excel/Access experience.
  • Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods in tools such as SQL, SAS, OLAP, SSRS, Tableau and Teradata.
  • PBM knowledge.
  • Rebate Knowledge.
  • Adjudication Platform Knowledge.
  • Adaptability Ability to manage multiple competing deliverables.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
