As Product Operations Senior Analyst, your role will be:

  • Ownership of key business operational processes for one or more patient messaging and engagement programs
  • Identifying, optimizing, and implementing business processes for innovative customer care messaging programs
  • Monitoring program performance, proactively detecting performance issues before they become problematic, and identifying corrective actions and performance improvement opportunities
  • Building collaborative relationships with internal business partners and external B2B clients
  • Contributing to quantitative and qualitative analyses

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Delivering successful operational results according by meeting schedule and quality goals
  • Delivering quantitative and qualitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions that help increase program efficacy


Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of business process operational experience for healthcare service programs that engage patients and drive positive healthcare outcomes
  • 2 or more years of contributing to development of business processes across an enterprise organization
  • 2 or more years of working in a matrix team organization with a positive team-oriented mindset and a willingness to work on multiple workstreams
  • Expertise with MS Office Suite


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar
  • Experience in new product development and project management processes to bring new capabilities from definition through development, testing, and launch
  • Analytical experience, designing and executing complex analyses using Excel, SQL, and Tableau

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
