Position Summary
As a key member of the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (“DDAT”) team, you will be an integral member a dynamic organization committed to building delightful customer experiences at scale, accelerating business growth, and driving operational efficiencies by powering CVS Health to be a ‘digital first, technology forward and data driven’ company.
This role is responsible for managing both internal and external messaging to build brand awareness, drive adoption, and support business objectives across the Aetna Technology organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing communication strategies that support product vision, roadmap milestones, and organization priorities, managing high impact communications (i.e., speeches, town halls, all hands, product updates), and partnering with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing) to ensure message alignment and consistency.
To be successful in this role, you must be a methodical thinker, an exceptional writer, and trusted advisor with a deep understanding of product driven environments. You must have experience translating complex product strategies, technical concepts, and data into clear compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Additionally, you need to have top-notch project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic communication partner to Product executives, shaping priorities and messaging.
- Develop and deliver executive ready communications for product strategy, roadmaps, and key initiatives.
- Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear compelling narratives.
- Lead communications for major launches, transformations, and change initiatives.
- Ensure strong alignment across key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing)
- Support & integrate communications for existing Aetna technology platforms and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, with a proven history in product and/or technology communications.
- 7+ years of solid experience with writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for multiple audiences and platforms. Able to create stories using data analytics and story boards. Excellent business acumen skills.
- 7+ years of MS Office Programs for reporting and presentations.
- 7+ years of experience with the ability to understand product roadmaps and technical concepts.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- AI tools for presentations and reporting
- Video software tools such as QuickTime
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
