We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly driven and organized leader to join our Healthspire Payor Solutions Product team focusing on Cardiometabolic products.

We are seeking strategic Manager, Digital Product Strategy, Cardiometabolic Solutions to join our Product team to shape the future of the digital solutions supporting our cross-portfolio condition management programs. As a Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of the strategic evolution of the digital solutions that support patient care programs in the cardiometabolic space. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal, Data Science, and others in support of scaling and evolving clinician and patient-facing products leveraged across our cardiometabolic portfolio. You will work with data to understand how product engagement is performing and design enhancements that drive strong clinical outcomes, program engagement, and improve patient experience. In this role you will be responsible for unpacking complex opportunities, quantifying and prioritizing them, and working with groups of diverse stakeholders to deliver on your objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Product Strategy and Vision

  • Define and drive components of the product vision and roadmap for our mobile and web digital experiences to deliver a best-in-class product experience.
  • Identify emerging trends in the digital health technology landscape and translate them into prioritized design initiatives to drive increased engagement and health outcomes in chronic condition care.


2. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, marketing, data science, clinical, and regulatory teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the product team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.


3. Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to launch and optimization.
    • Define business requirements and convey business objectives to technical teams.
    • Validate user stories with business stakeholders and establish acceptance criteria for testing.
  • Ensure all digital solutions comply with healthcare and enterprise regulations and meet high usability standards.


4. Customer Focus

  • Advocate for patients, providers, and healthcare partners by deeply understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Leverage user research, feedback, and data analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Manage the execution of the digital experience, identifying potential improvements to the user experience.


5. Metrics and Performance

  • Establish a robust measurement plan for digital engagement and uptake, feature usage, and health outcomes improvement for users to inform the strategic roadmap.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital health design and product management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in driving digital health product design (preferably mobile digital experiences) and engineering initiatives
  • Experience in a fast-paced digital health startup; experience with mobile and web digital products.
  • Experience with chronic condition digital experiences (diabetes, obesity, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, UX principles, and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working with EHR/EMR systems, telehealth, or patient engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data analytics in the healthcare domain.
  • Certification in product management or UX design.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for improving healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
  • Experience deriving insight from unstructured data leveraging SQL

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, digital design, digital engineering, computer science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in above fields or MBA

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
