  • Data Asset Value and Solutioning: Deeply analyze core data asset value, identify data usage bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor effective solutions.

  • End-to-End Product Management: Lead product discovery, translate opportunities into clear product requirements, and drive the product through the entire lifecycle.

  • Market and Interoperability Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the clinical data landscape, including key clinical taxonomies (e.g., SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10), and champion interoperability standards.

  • Business Case Development: Translate strategic opportunities into clear, data-driven business cases; quantify value and impact; and create prioritization frameworks to guide investment.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders (product, clinical, operations, finance, sales) to align goals and drive unified decision-making.

    • Proficiency with industry-standard product development concepts and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucid), agile methodologies, and product documentation.

    • Proven ability to frame complex problems, synthesize data-driven insights, and propose clear, actionable product solutions.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
