Position Summary
This position will support the several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities.
This role will focus on coordination and collaboration amongst of work for Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, claim pend assignments.
Will be lead for work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turn around times.

Required Qualifications

  • QNXT Experience Required
  • 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to complete to coordinate collaboration sessions.
  • Take detailed notes to shared with in across analyst.
  • General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead).
  • Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
  • Strong communication skills.


Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
