Position Summary
Maintains and improves relations and communications between the organization and the investing public, shareholders, and financial professionals to enhance the standing of the organization's stock and debt. Develops, maintains, and enhances working relationships with institutions in the financial community that hold, or may hold, the organization's stock or debt. Monitors changes and trends in investment markets and determines appropriate strategy.
What you will do:
- Conducts in-depth analysis of financial statements, earnings reports, and industry trends to support the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and communication materials.
- Assists in the development and distribution of investor communications, such as press releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, and annual reports.
- Gathers and organizes relevant financial and business information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develops and maintains relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders to facilitate and streamline investment operations.
- Works closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and provide transparency to the investment community regarding the company's financial results.
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of financial models and forecasts to evaluate the company's performance.
- Monitors and analyzes market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights on the company's valuation and positioning.
- Assesses the impact of market events, regulatory changes, and industry developments on the company's investor relations strategy and recommends appropriate actions.
- Assists in the planning and execution of investor events and annual shareholder meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years work experience
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
