Position Summary
This position is responsible for the weekly close of the Cost Accounting Inventory Activity Report (IAR) system and the posting of store cost of sales and inventory to the General Ledger. Perform weekly reconciliation to the General Ledger for all cost of sales and inventory accounts. Responsible for field correspondence relating to margin issues, prepare and provide ad hoc reporting for internal management as requested and prepare and publish month-end reports.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of inventory accounting
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize accordingly
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Proven presentation and organizational skills
- Proven ability to be a self-starter, to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent PC skills, including spreadsheet and database experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
