We are seeking an enterprise-minded leader to serve as Executive Director, Core Solutions Delivery Lead, accountable for setting strategic direction and building high-performing teams that design and deliver differentiated analytics solutions for pharmaceutical partners—driving measurable business impact and advancing patient outcomes.
In this role, you will accelerate growth by translating complex data assets into scalable, market-facing solutions, owning portfolio roadmaps, and anticipating future client and market needs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in pharmaceutical data and analytics, a proven ability to drive commercial results, and a collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and builds trusted partnerships across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes a strategic vision for Data and Analytics solutions that enable pharmaceutical manufacturers to fully leverage CVS Health’s data and analytics assets.
- Oversee the end-to-end solution development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and refinement.
- Shapes and influences business unit strategy by translating CVS Health’s enterprise mission into data-driven solution priorities that improve healthcare delivery and client
- Design and directs processes that leverage user-centric design principles to ensure that user needs are incorporated into solutions that provide intuitive, seamless, and create business impact.
- Direct teams in anticipation of user needs, identifying emerging needs, market trends and shifting competitive landscape.
- Builds and sustains senior-level relationships with pharmaceutical clients across marketing, commercial, and medical affairs to understand evolving needs and drive long-term partnership value.
- Establish commercial goals and objectives for go-to-market strategies, positioning, and inform messaging for solutions in order to create marketing collateral, product demonstrations, and to create awareness among target users.
- Recruits, develops, and retains high-performing talent, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the solutions organization.
- Leads and implements capability roadmaps to identify opportunities for solution optimization, feature enhancements, and addressing user pain points.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration across product, analytics, operations, and client services to deliver integrated, scalable analytics solutions that meet client and business requirements.
- Guides departmental strategy for next-generation analytics capabilities, identifying opportunities to advance data science, AI, and advanced analytics in support of enterprise objectives.
- Represents CVS Health as an industry thought leader, engaging clients and external stakeholders through conferences, events, and executive-level discussions on pharmaceutical analytics and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, product management, business development, consulting, or client solutions in the pharmaceutical data and analytics space.
- 10+ years of experience in team management and leadership with proven track record of leading and growing high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in leading analytics solution execution and delivery with expertise in working with Healthcare and Pharmaceutical data.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, including marketing, market access, and real-world evidence.
- Mastery of problem solving, decision-making skills, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and solution development.
- Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field of study
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in relevant field of study.
- Experience working within or in partnership with large healthcare organizations.
- Experience in innovation or launching new teams.
- Experience with novel AI and Data Science capabilities.
- Familiarity with CVS Health’s data assets and analytics capabilities.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
