Role Overview

The Senior Analyst Corporate Compliance supports Aetna’s Commercial insurance business by helping ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and legal agreements. This role works closely with business partners to implement new or updated regulatory requirements, document compliance actions, and confirm that controls are effective.

You will also support reviews of business initiatives, address regulatory findings, assist with settlement agreement obligations, and perform risk assessments to monitor ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to implement new or changing regulatory requirements
  • Document compliance actions and gather evidence to confirm effectiveness
  • Support compliance with settlement agreements and regulatory findings
  • Review business initiatives for regulatory impact
  • Conduct risk assessments and help monitor compliance performance
  • Contribute to compliance programs that promote ethical behavior and reduce risk

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance or related business experience implementing regulatory or policy changes
  • Experience supporting multi-team initiatives and corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with planning, execution, and delivery of business initiatives
  • Understanding of business intelligence concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Agile mindset with interest in learning and development

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
