Position Summary

The facilities Sr. Analyst provides essential administrative and coordination support for enterprise‑wide facilities operations. This role is responsible for managing all space‑related requests, including registrations, moves, and reservations—through the Tririga Facilities Services platform. Key supported spaces include the Hartford Auditorium, Conference Center, Hartford Room, Cafés, Atrium, Education Center, Hartford Customer Center, and WCCC. The coordinator serves as a central point of contact to ensure requests are accurately logged, tracked, and communicated to the appropriate facilities teams.

The position also provides administrative support related to facilities infrastructure by assisting with routine monitoring activities, maintaining records, coordinating vendor information, and supporting data collection and reporting efforts. This work helps ensure accurate documentation, effective communication, and informed decision‑making across facilities operations, without direct responsibility for technical engineering functions.

Additional Responsibilities will include:

  • Process all registration, move, and reservation requests within Tririga Facilities Services.
  • Generate daily reports for reservations in the Hartford Auditorium, CC, Hartford Room, Cafés, and Atrium.
  • Manage reservations and room setups for the Education Center.
  • Oversee room reservations for the Hartford Customer Center and WCCC
  • Collaborate with Senior Facilities leaders to maintain project status.
  • Coordinate with Senior Facilities leaders and corporate communications to develop and distribute site-wide communications.
  • Prepare and update Smartsheet for all individual projects.
  • Provides administrative support related to facilities infrastructure by assisting with routine monitoring activities, maintaining records, coordinating vendor information, and supporting data collection and reporting efforts.
  • Work on special projects as needed, lead training sessions for facilities personnel, work on planning department team meetings, assist with large moves at Hub locations.


Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
