The Digital Product Manager for Pharmacy Cart and Checkout is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving digital products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role owns the product vision and roadmap, partners closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, and ensures successful delivery of outcomes through the full product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership
5+ years of experience working in Agile / Scrum product teams
5+ years of experience with translating business and customer needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and product features
3+ years of product analytics and data analysis using analytics tools and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing)
3+ years of professional communication experience related to prioritization, presentations, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with consumer facing digital products or platforms
Familiarity with AI platforms and tools
Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments
Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity
Strong decision-making skills in fast moving environments
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
