Position Summary

  • Responsible for using multiple systems to complete data entry, review, quality assurance, issuance of and respond to emails on new applications.
  • Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
  • Review new business applications for accuracy and timeliness (case mgmt.).
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to obtain missing application information.
  • Monitor shared email box for reissue requests and complete additional applications for data entry.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting with additional information for application reissues and to ensure all information is gathered and application is complete for final decision.
  • Offer Outbound Call Support to answer agent inquiries.
  • Perform quality assurance on new applications and policy file for issuance and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience, preferably in quality review or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule; candidates located near an office are expected to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

  • Experience in a healthcare or related environment

  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and execution skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
