Summary:
The Sr. Analyst, Clinician Engagement is a high visibility role with opportunity to interface multiple teams on projects related to clinician satisfaction, retention and engagement. This role will focus on running our engagement programming and establishing operational rigor around existing processes.
This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Clinician Engagement and collaborate closely with the office of the Signify Health Chief Medical Officer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as program manager for the organization’s Visit Experience Program, facilitating ‘ridealongs’ between field-based Signify Health clinician colleagues and other teams, to include Product, Operations, executives (Signify Health and greater CVS Health), as well as client representatives and VIPs
Aid in the planning of conference booths for national conferences, as well as clinician colleague engagement events (virtual and in-person), spearhead the rollout of additional programming
Create, edit and distribute marketing and communications materials related to the Visit Experience Program, as well as other Clinician Engagement-focused materials (includes both print and digital materials, requiring the use of a CRM platform, such as Hubspot or Salesforce)
Support the planning and programming of clinician colleague engagement efforts, in partnership with the Operations Manager team
Serve as department subject matter expert/owner of the Asana system, owning and developing all processes related to project management and associated workflows
Help develop and execute the Clinician Engagement strategic plan and track key metrics
Create and maintain dashboard of all program elements work to implement novel programming and policies
Aid in department administrative tasks, such as purchasing and event card reconciliation
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline - an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered instead of a college degree
Highly organized individual who can keep multiple tasks moving forward, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
3-5 years of prior relevant experience
Demonstrated experience working with physicians, advanced care providers, and clinical leadership
Project management experience (1-2 years), with familiarity with PM system preferred (Asana)
Experience with email marketing, HTML campaign development (Hubspot preferred)
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Hubspot, Salesforce preferred)
Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication skills and database management
Experience developing internal newsletters, employee communication or related collateral materials
Highly collaborative, able to coordinate across multiple centers, and navigate a matrixed organizational structure
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to function in an entrepreneurial environment and manage in the midst of ambiguity
Appreciates a challenge and brings a solution-oriented approach to problems
Self-starter who can work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Internal communications and/or employee engagement experience a plus
Highly professional communication skills, comfortable networking with senior physicians, advanced practice clinicians and other health care executives
Comfort presenting to and communicating with leaders as well as front line staff, able to prepare written and verbal reports
Goal-setting and long-range planning: able to work with multiple teams (e.g., Operations, Corporate Communications, Client Success, Clinical Success) to organize and coordinate operations in order to achieve objectives
Proficiency with standard commercial Office Suite, especially Google Apps for Business and Microsoft Office

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
