Position Summary

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be delivering improvements on our Aetna Medicare public websites. You’ll be part of a team responsible for building smart, integrated, and automated ecosystems within a content management system that increase engagement and lead quality, and delight audiences. The Digital Product Manager will put the customer first, monitor the competitive landscape, understand our technical capabilities, champion user experiences, and ensure successful market launch of new products and features.

This role sits within the Marketing Technology and Digital Experiences group (Aetna MarTech) and you will report to the Lead Director, MarTech Product Management.

Your job responsibilities will be to:

  • Product Strategy & Journey mapping: Define initiative vision, target journeys and outcomes for Aetna Medicare public website experiences; align priorities to business goals and needs
  • Roadmap & prioritization: Own the product roadmap and backlog, make transparent tradeoffs to maximize consumer impact, business value and delivery feasibility
  • Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Partner with business and marketing partners to understand needs, align on scope and success measures, and influence decisions based on MarTech priorities and platform standards
  • Cross functional leadership: Lead day-to-day collaboration across UX, engineering, compliance/legal and analytics through discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Centered Innovation: Use research, data and experimentation to identify pain points and opportunities; translate insights into testable hypotheses and prioritized feature work
  • Agile Execution: Break strategy into Epics and features; partner with delivery teams to write clear requirements (user stories/acceptance criteria), support refinement and drive execution through release.
  • Risk, Dependency & Stakeholder Management: Identify dependencies early, surface risks & constraints, and proactively manage tradeoffs to maintain timeline, quality and compliance
  • Performance Optimization: Define KPIs and measurement plans; monitor performance, run A/B tests and usability studies, deliver iterative enhancements to improve engagement and conversion
  • Market & Competitor Awareness: Track digital health and web experience trends; synthesize implications and recommend opportunities for the roadmap that support the goals.
  • Technical releases: Support releases (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) to ensure that site remains compliant with minimal production issues

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital product role delivering consumer-facing products, with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility
  • 1+ years’ Agile product management experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Highly skilled at professional communication with good business acumen


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience with the Adobe stack (AEM, Target, Customer Journey Analytics)
  • Experience in a highly matrixed or enterprise organization


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $284,280.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
