GRS is seeking to hire a Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives within the Strategic Business Initiatives (SBI) Team.

This individual will be responsible for:

  • Continuously building cross-functional relationships with various stakeholders to ensure business goals are discussed, evaluated, tracked and routinely reported out on (via monthly business reviews, etc.).

  • Developing and implementing SBI initiative dashboards that highlight progress against key programs, projects and partnerships.

  • Collaborating with teammates and business partners to manage key strategic initiatives, drive process improvements and enhancements and implementing new ideas that support optimal member experience and improve overall team efficiency.

  • Identifying gaps and recommending enhancements related to new and/or existing services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.

  • Proactively partner across the SBI team and the organization to build upon and enhance service delivery and execution across renewals, OE, network inquiries and member experience initiatives in support of new/existing business.

  • Additional cross-functional duties as needed to ensure departmental and business unit goals are met.

  • Serve as lead for special projects across the team as business needs continue to evolve.

This individual is a critical member of the GRS Strategic Business Initiatives team and is integral in delivering on our commitment to offer seamless experiences for our members, while delivering outstanding performance results. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who is interested in joining a growing segment and possesses an enterprise mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and initiatives

  • Experience with project management tools and reporting systems

  • Track record of creating consensus for change and implementing process improvement strategies

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to deliver and communicate results in fast-paced environments

  • Problem-solver and independent thinker, with track record of meeting key business goals

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of total business experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Well-rounded business acumen with excellent analytical and project management skills

  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
