Position Summary
Fortune 5 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a program management professional to join our dedicated Asset Protection Team Analytics and Insights team. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technical execution, leading cross functional initiatives that drive applications enhancements and deliver measurable value to our AP field organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ of related work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management tools and Asset Protection Solutions
  • This position will be remote and may require some travel (10%) both within the company's divisions and to the Corporate Support Center, (CSC) in Cumberland, RI

Core Duties:

This position requires a combination of business acumen, project management skills, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a detailed orientated, strategic thinker who can manage complex SaaS programs while using data to influence decisions, drive process improvements and ensure stakeholder alignment across the organization.

  • Manage Asset Protection initiatives for assigned AP solution-from planning and execution to measurement and optimization
  • Gather, document and refine business requirements; work with Sr. Mgr. Applications to translate them into project plans, roadmaps and user stories when needed
  • Partner with AP leadership, vendor partners and CVS IT organization to align priorities and ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Use data and collect feedback to monitor adoption and performance; identify & recommend enhancements
  • Prepare & deliver professional updates on project status, risks, KPIs & recommendations
  • Oversee applications administration for assigned application (user maintenance, file ingestion processes, dashboard & report setup etc.)

Advisory Duties:

  • Become a trusted advisor to cross-functional business partners on applications performance & reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ of related work experience
  • Project management certification
  • Specific experience with Auror, Think LP, Agilence & Bizz application
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python as a user for queries etc
  • Ability to identify potential application risks early and develop mitigation strategies


Education

Required:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
