The Hispanic Strategy BPC, Health & Wellness Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.

With a focus on data-driven decisions-making, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the execution and coordination of promotional and advertising activity for BPC & Healthcare categories, including ad submissions, offer updates, block validation, and timing alignment across managed banners. 15%
  • Coordinates New Item setup and ongoing SKU maintenance, including item adds/removals, manual uploads, validation of item data, and assist ongoing planogram and mid‑year updates between Category Managers and Suppliers. 20%
  • Manages off‑shelf programs and event execution support with key suppliers, including program setup, and tracking. 10%
  • Serves as a key point of contact for supplier coordination and issue resolution, including testing requirements (e.g., TTBT), sample tracking, availability issues, and execution readiness. 15%
  • Supports Product Assurance processes, ensuring accurate SKU lists, schedule validation, supplier follow‑up, and on‑time completion of required testing activities and expansion requests. 10%
  • Develops and maintains operational reports, trackers, and logs to support visibility into ad execution, item status, supplier readiness, and ongoing category initiatives. 10%
  • Coordinates closely with Category Managers, Inventory Planning, Marketing Operations, Product Assurance, CPG Suppliers and Analytics to ensure accurate execution of category and promotional plans. 10%
  • Actively participates in team meetings, workflow planning, and coverage coordination to ensure continuity of execution and operational excellence. 10%

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • 2+ years’ experience using pricing/promotional strategies, including customer research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
  • 2+ years experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
  • 2+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data
  • 2+ years’ experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
  • 1+ year experience analyzing market trends
  • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
  • Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
  • Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly-sensitive or highly-visible business matters
  • Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
  • Strong ability to build fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers and clients
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data, identify problems, and make effective decisions
  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proven track record of high performance
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Any additional tasks as required by the supervisor or manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook
  • Associates degree, or equivalent experience required.
  • Travel- up to 10% travel may be required, based on needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • 3+ years’ experience using pricing/promotional strategies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
  • 3+ years’ experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data
  • 3+ years’ experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
  • 2+ years’ experience analyzing market trends
  • Advanced awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to influence leaders to change thinking
  • Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
