The Toy team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Category Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. In this position, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. You will be instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness. You will solve complex problems, develop actionable insights, and create mitigation strategies to address business challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience using pricing/promotional strategies, including customer research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc., in a retail and/or corporate environment
- Prior experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
- Prior experience analyzing and synthesizing data
- Prior experience analyzing market trends, successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook
- Travel- up to 10% travel may be required, based on needs of the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
