Position Summary

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.
• Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies, in order to ensure collective data integrity and quality of work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona.
• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working with formulas and large data sets.
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Basic communication skills.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
