Position Summary

CVS Health Digital is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to manage daily activities for CVS.com. The role involves maintaining accurate product content, supporting weekly promotions, and handling item setup and updates, while demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute quickly.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in onsite merchandising, digital product management, or related field, especially in a consumer-focused, multiple product category e-commerce sites
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize product display pages; ensuring content is relevant and optimal to the customer experience.

  • Execute maintenance requests from vendors and internal partners of products to keep product pages up to date.

  • Ability, and willingness, to travel regularly, 10% of time, based on needs of the business.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in onsite merchandising, digital product management, or related field, especially in a consumer-focused, multiple product category e-commerce sites

  • Experience using Adobe analytics or a similar site analytics platform.

  • Experience in Agile Framework for product development

  • Demonstrated ability to understand not only business KPIs and initiatives, but also possess a deep understanding of the technical backend and be able to participate in project release and business requirement documentation

  • Passion for digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience in health care

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
