Position Summary
Multifunctional role supporting all facets of the Clinical Enablement Data department, which oversees HEDIS quality auditing for supplemental data components. This position utilizes advanced project management practices to ensure the quality, compliance, and accuracy of Supplemental Data, Medical Record Review Validation and Assessment Review processes. All assigned projects are completed in full alignment with CVS Health standards and formal project requirements, delivered on time and with exceptional quality.
As Manager of Healthcare Quality Project Manager, you will provide comprehensive program and project oversight, including day-to-day project management operations, leadership, direction, and administration throughout the entire project lifecycle—team formation, planning, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
This is a fully remote role working from a home office.
Required Qualifications
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Review and interpretation of HEDIS technical specifications
Works with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly
Presents to internal customers, constituents and business partners, strong business as well as systems knowledge and can perform reasonability checks.
Oversees the analysis, planning, design and development being performed by project team to support accurate maintenance of support systems for business areas.
Influences change or enhancements to business processes, policies and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability and access.
Develops and participates in presentation and consultation to existing and prospective customers, business partners and internal business areas on information services, capabilities and performance results.
Negotiates resources in peer organizations to meet high priority department objectives.
Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope.
Responsibilities include building and enhancing PSV and QR reporting (QuickBase, Power BI and Excel), tools and analytics to drive improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years HEDIS, Primary Source Verification (PSV) and Medical Record Review
- Clinical experience helpful and preferred but not required.
Education
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience considered

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
