Position Summary
Responsible for verification of materials and products as directed by procedures and/or batch record requirements.
Responsible for labeling, inspecting, and production of final container products with manual and/or automated systems.
Also responsible for set-up, changeover, and operation of bottle opening equipment.
Maintains records and production area to comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures.
May perform initial check of completed documents for completeness and accuracy.
Bottle opening equipment set-up, cleaning, and operation in accordance with cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal standard operating procedures.
Inspection of bulk drug and determination of conformance to specifications identify shortages.
Maintenance of logs, batch records, and all applicable documentation in accordance with cGMP specifications and internal standard operating procedures.
Maintain qualification to clean and verify bottle-opening equipment and to perform off-line inspections in accordance with qualification requirements.
Ability to perform at or above established quality and productivity standards.
Responsible for maintaining competency for Production Operator 1 responsibilities.
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).

May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
Ability to be fully on-site in the Glasgow, KY office.
Ability to work Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm Central Time.
Demonstrated ability to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must have a willingness to take and pass a vision assessment.
Demonstrated finger dexterity for repetitive operative use of facility equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Assembly experience.
Light mechanical industry experience.
Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail.
Education
High School Diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $23.56This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
