Position Summary

The HR Product Experience, Data & Reporting Lead is responsible for how CVSH’s HR technology, data, and information products come together to create a seamless, intuitive, and insight-rich experience for every colleague, manager, and HR team member. This role owns the HR technology portfolio as a product ecosystem with a relentless focus on colleague experience, data quality, and reporting excellence.

The Lead must be able to translate the needs of colleagues and the business into a connected product roadmap powered by trusted data and meaningful reporting. This role will champion and integrate technology processes into a global operational network, empower service providers, and establish accountability across the organization.

Responsibilities

HR Tech Product & Colleague Experience Design

  • Own the HR technology product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap; treat HR technology as a connected portfolio of products rather than a collection of systems

  • Lead colleague experience design for all HR digital touchpoints including portals, mobile, chatbots, manager tools, and AI assistants; ensure intuitive, consistent, and accessible journeys for all colleague personas

  • Champion a product operating model within HR: outcomes over outputs, colleague-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous improvement

  • Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and communications to embed experience research, journey mapping, usability testing, and feedback loops into product decisions

HR Product Owners: Workday, ServiceNow, Core Systems & Vendor Management

  • Lead and develop the team of HR platform product owners across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and other core HR systems (payroll, talent, learning, benefits)

  • Own the platform roadmaps for each core HR system, balancing functional enhancements, technical health, compliance, and release management

  • Partner with IT to govern platform configuration, integrations, release cycles, and technical debt reduction

  • Own the HR technology vendor relationship for strategic platform partners (Workday, ServiceNow, core HR systems), including executive sponsorship and roadmap influence, partnering with the HR Service Management Lead on day-to-day vendor management and performance

Business Product Owners

  • Lead and develop the team of business-facing product owners aligned to agreed-upon HR domains

  • Ensure business product owners translate COE and HRBP needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs

  • Drive cross-product alignment so domain-level roadmaps ladder up to the enterprise HR product strategy and colleague journeys

  • Coach product owners on outcome-based product management, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making

  • Partner with HR COE leaders as the single product interface, providing transparency on demand, capacity, priorities, and delivery

Data Governance & Architecture

  • Own the HR data strategy, governance framework, and logical data architecture across the HR technology ecosystem

  • Define and steward HR data domains, standards, definitions, ownership, and quality rules

  • Partner with enterprise DDAT, IT, Privacy, and Information Security on master data management, integrations, lineage, and controls

  • Ensure HR data is fit for purpose for operational reporting, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and regulatory obligations

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR data quality, completeness, and timeliness through governance, automation, and accountability

HR Reporting

  • Own the HR reporting strategy, standards, and portfolio, from operational and compliance reports to executive-level reporting

  • Lead the HR reporting team to deliver accurate, timely, and insight-rich reports that support HR, Finance, Audit, regulators, and business leaders

  • Establish a single source of truth for HR reporting, reducing duplicate and conflicting data sets across the function

  • Build self-service reporting capabilities for HRBPs, COEs, and people managers, enabling faster, more consistent decision-making

  • Partner with DDAT, Workforce Analytics, and Finance to ensure reporting is aligned, reconciled, and trusted across stakeholders

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, product management, HRIS, or HR transformation roles

  • Strong background in IT Services and/or IT shared services experience (e.g., consulting or previous leadership position) for a large and complex organization

  • Demonstrated track record owning HR technology roadmaps and delivering large-scale platform initiatives (Workday, ServiceNow, or equivalent)

  • Hands-on experience leading colleague/user experience design in an enterprise HR or digital product environment

  • Experience deploying AI, generative/agentic AI, or advanced analytics use cases in HR

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Design, or a related field (required)
