Position Summary
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of provider garnishments within Service Operations. The colleague ensures accurate processing of garnishment orders, compliance with legal requirements, and timely coordination across Finance, Legal, and Billing teams. This role plays a key part in protecting the company from financial and compliance risk while supporting accurate provider payment processing.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, billing, or related field
- Experience working with financial systems (EBS or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive financial and legal information
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or provider billing environments
- Familiarity with garnishments, liens, levies, or other legal financial obligations
- Knowledge of audit and control environments (e.g., SOX compliance)
- Proven track record of process improvement and problem solving
- EPDB, CAART, CEQ, MIRI, CRS, Aeppays
Education
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
