Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Field Marketing Operations will own key components of field marketing operations that support field teams, improve effectiveness, and drive more consistent execution across field marketing efforts. Reporting to the Lead Director, Field Marketing and Operations, this role will manage concurrent projects and priorities, partner cross-functionally to solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and processes at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently across projects and priorities. The right candidate will bring strong project management, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to move work forward across multiple stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own key components of field marketing operations, ensuring work moves forward efficiently and consistently

  • Manage field marketing requests, including prioritizing initiatives, resolving issues, and escalating risks when appropriate

  • Serve as a key point of contact for field teams, providing clear guidance and support on marketing processes and requests

  • Lead conversations with regional leadership to develop center marketing catchments using data mapping tools and translate outputs into clear recommendations and next steps

  • Lead onboarding and training for center practice managers on marketing initiatives, tools, and processes

  • Champion compliance with marketing and event requirements with field teams and help stakeholders navigate those processes effectively

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to manage approval workflows for custom event types and ensure adherence to marketing and event guidelines

  • Collaborate with the internal team that supports insurance agent partnerships to develop tools, materials, and communications that strengthen field execution and drive stronger results

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate marketing support for new centers and center renovations, including artwork installation, new center kit shipments, and catchment development

  • Analyze project, operational, and field feedback data to identify trends, surface root causes, and recommend improvements

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and increase the effectiveness of field marketing operations at scale

  • Manage vendor relationships tied to field marketing execution, ensuring strong partnership and reliable delivery against timelines

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, marketing operations, or a related field

  • Strong ability to manage priorities independently in a collaborative environment

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing execution without direct authority

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes clearly and lead effective working sessions

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational or project data and translate findings into actionable recommendations

  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and discipline against timelines and deliverables

  • Experience with project management platforms


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Asana and Smartsheet
  • Experience managing external vendors or partner relationships

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
