Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help guide teams in developing and executing campaigns ranging from large-scale, multi-channel initiatives to focused, one-time projects.
  • Understand how strategic insights, engaging experiences, and compelling narratives drive the success of your ideas.
  • Direct teams of art directors and copywriters, demonstrating a strong grasp of both visual and written communication.
  • Develop persuasive copy tailored for diverse digital and traditional platforms — and a wide range of audiences.
  • Partner with strategy, media, data & analytics (DnA), and technology teams to create well-rounded, data-driven work.
  • Persuasively pitch campaign concepts to clients, clearly conveying your creative vision and strategic thinking.
  • Build positive connections both within the agency and with external clients.
  • Social media savvy with a strong knowledge of digital media best practices


  • Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.
  • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
  • Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
