Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams’ conceptual and strategic thinking across multiple platforms.
  • Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your teams’ ideas.
  • Excellent collaborator & creative leader - deftly navigating multiple internal disciplines & cross agency teams. Need to be intuitive, understanding audiences & varied priorities from agency & client leadership teams.
  • Forward-thinking, social-fluent creative. Has a deep understanding of and passion for creative rooted in social, commerce & digital platforms. Has deep experience with 360º campaigns integrated/through the funnel, and optimizes work at every level.
  • Embraces innovation, speaks modern media platforms and digs into human insights & behaviors to help teams crack breakthrough creative work.
  • Excellent deck storyteller/idea sales person. Skilled at shaping creative ideas for impactful presentations.
  • Will inspire & direct creatives on a constantly shifting business, giving actionable feedback and mentoring them to become their best. You will have direct reports.
  • Retail/big box experience very much valued. Health industry category a plus.



  • Four-year degree and at least ten years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with expertise leading cross-channel campaigns.
  • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
  • Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.

“Compensation Range: $153,000 - $240,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
