Job Description
Position Summary
We're searching for a Director, Data Intelligence who will be a key leader within the core Data and Analytics (DNA) team. Data and Analytics is structured into four specialties: Data Intelligence, Data Strategy, Data Operations and Data Technology.
The Data and Analytics team works with partners both internally and externally to activate a technology roadmap that creates relevance while driving business outcomes. Developing and translating the data story in meaningful ways and applying analytical insights to business challenges. This requires being a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to business and marketing performance analytics. The director is responsible for the foundational elements that make our clients better able to plan, optimize, measure, and share the performance of their marketing efforts.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Key client contact to lead the overall measurement strategy through discovery and development of measurement plans, learning agendas, and test plans
- Set up measurement frameworks and actionable insight generation
- Develop and manage the relationship with key vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Lead client communications and deliverables, help them understand the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client's marketing efforts
- Provide guidance to clients on marketing performance analytics through POV's related to improving performance on marketing activities
- Develop one or more performance scenarios based on the expected outcome and drive optimization recommendations with internal capabilities and client
- Educate the DNA team with learnings from projects and documented case studies with process and results
- Collaborate with internal team on client communications and deliverables, helping to define the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client's marketing efforts
- Proactively propose performance improvements for clients' marketing activities
- Through compelling data visualizations, develop, maintain and communicate insights, key metrics and reports, highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Keep internal stakeholders informed about new opportunities, issues and performance successes.
- Collaborate with DNA leadership to develop and document case studies with process and results
- Support DNA leadership in in new client acquisition and new business development
- Manage team members' careers and provide growth opportunities, coaching and training
- Foster a team environment and play an active role in building teams
Qualifications
To qualify, you'll need:
- 5+ years of work experience with analytics and optimization platforms
- 5+ years of business experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive
- 5+ years of business experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive
- Expertise within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care)
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams
- Proven leadership record with strong client relationship skills
- Strong familiarity with the digital environment
- Understanding of CDP and reporting capabilities (nice to have)
- Personalization Experience a plus
- Four-year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Adobe Suite Experience a plus
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed
Additional Information

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $179,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
