Job Description

We're searching for a VP Director who will be someone within the core Data and Analytics (DNA) team. Data and Analytics is structured into three specialties: Data Intelligence, Data Strategy, and Data Technology.

The VP Director, Data Intelligence will be an expert in brand and overall analytics strategy. The VP Director will extend Digitas Health and the DNA team's knowledge on data strategy and storytelling by exploring new opportunities, identifying new solutions, new platforms, etc. Together with data technology and data strategy, the VP Director defines and innovates our approach to data/client/strategy problems through improved processes, partnerships, and data integration.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Key client contact to lead the overall brand strategy and engagement strategy through discovery and development of measurement plans, learning agendas, and test plans
  • Set up measurement frameworks and applicable insight generation
  • Manage the relationship with important vendors, clients, and company partners
  • Lead client communications and deliverables, help them understand the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client's marketing efforts
  • Provide guidance to clients on marketing performance analytics through POV's related to improving performance on marketing activities
  • Develop one or more performance scenarios based on the expected outcome and guide optimization recommendations with internal capabilities and client
  • Educate the DNA team with insights from projects and documented case studies with process and results
  • Collaborate with internal team on client communications and deliverables, helping to define the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client's marketing efforts
  • Proactively propose performance improvements for clients' marketing activities
  • Through compelling data visualizations, develop insights, main metrics, highlighting opportunities for improvement
  • Keep company partners informed about new opportunities, issues and performance successes.
  • Collaborate with DNA leadership to develop and document case studies with process and results
  • Support DNA leadership in in new client acquisition and new business development
  • Manage team members' careers and provide growth opportunities and coaching
  • Foster a team environment and play an active role in building teams

Qualifications

To qualify, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of work experience with analytics and optimization platforms
  • 7+ years of business experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive
  • Expertise within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care)
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects across our teams
  • Client relationship skills
  • Familiarity with the digital environment
  • Four-year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Adobe Suite Experience
  • You should be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $159,500 - $269,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
