Job Description

As a Senior Copywriter, you will

  • Understand the basics of storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.
  • Think conceptually and write for different media — video, social, digital, out-of-home, etc.
  • Inspire clients and team members with beautifully crafted copy.
  • Know what’s trending, what’s great work and the difference between the two.
  • Collaborate with team members including strategy, account, tech and others.
  • Have a strong work ethic and unremitting attention to detail
  • Know how to take feedback and build on it.
  • Working closely with art directors, graphic designers, marketing managers, and other team members to develop cohesive and impactful 360 campaigns.
  • Responsible for writing innovative and original content copy for campaigns.
  • Shape tone and language for usage across campaigns.
  • Take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to high standards.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Keep an eye on any changes to the media landscape that will influence concepts and make projects innovative and fresh.
  • Process oriented, excellent attention to detail and timescales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in building a rapport with clients and nurturing good working relationships.
  • Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs.
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creativity.



  • A four-year degree and at least four years at a competitive creative agency.
  • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
  • Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
