Job Description
As a member of our Production team, we seek minds that are curious about all new technology but particularly individuals who are actively experimenting with AI to work with us in continuing to bring the future to our clients and their customers. As an Associate Digital Producer you will run small to medium complexity projects for the Content & Platform department - developing and implementing new content and functionality for Toyota.com and Toyota Owners. Work with Senior Digital Producers and Digital Producers on larger scale initiatives to introduce new functionality. Work with account, creative teams and technical partners to deploy new content in a timely fashion.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Track and communicate scope of weekly deployments.
- Assist with scoping of projects (RFPs, SOWs, goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, estimates)
- Work closely with all team disciplines (Strategy, Account, Media, Creative, Development, Analytics, Resource Management, Content Managers, Copy Management, Product etc.). Also coordinate with legal and product teams
- Traffic elements for digital efforts through routing, legal, proof editing, product reviews, creative editing, QA, UAT and launch preparation
- Create, compile, and maintain project and department documentation as-needed (Production/process/onboarding binder, server folder structure, resource sheet, roadmap/pipeline, resource allocation, video library, spec sheets, QA library, estimate tracking sheets etc.)
- Identification and vetting of potential vendor partners
- Create, maintain, distribute and educate teams on departmental process documentation
- Run departmental project status meetings
- Communicate weekly deployment calendars
- Assist in oversight of teams involved in projects
- Help in Identifying and leveraging technology as needed to meet project objectives
- Track project metrics including yearly and quarterly estimate vs actuals, resource allocation and project KPI’s and analytics
- Stay current on the latest developments and trends in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and incorporate emerging technologies and best practices into project planning and execution.
- Work with EVP (Toyota cost consultant)
- Responsible for keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner
- Responsible for meeting management and note taking
- Creation of expense reports where appropriate
- Lead and manage all TCOM & Owners weekly maintenance and deployment communication and meetings and disseminate information to all SSLA parties
- Be an expert of all platform dependencies, technical requirements and applications
- Partner/collaborate with TMS vendors and internal teams regarding TCOM process, deployment, risks and mitigation plans
- Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- An ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years previous interactive / digital experience
- A detail-oriented self-starter, with good judgment, excellent computer skills, and an outgoing personality.
- Previous agency experience working with large enterprise, high tech, and/or automotive clients is a major plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well with peers, make sound decisions, and appropriately respond to difficult situations
- An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage and prioritize workload, make decisions with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Basic problem-solving, requirements gathering, risk assessment and mitigation, and change management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to see projects at the big picture level while keeping an eagle eye on all of the minor tasks, details, and deadlines involved in successful production and project delivery
- Demonstrated understanding of digital project lifecycles and different project management methodologies/styles
- Manage up to production department team leads to constantly inform on the progress of all project initiatives
- Cursory understanding of web technologies (e.g. CSS, JavaScript, XHTML, PHP, MySql, etc.) and current digital trends.
- Familiarity with CMS tools.
- Understanding of the general differences between iOS, Android and common mobile devices and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- AI tools or the development of AI integrated ads is a plus

Compensation Range: $50,500.00 - $72,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
