Job Description
Job Description:
The Digital Operations Planner will report directly to the Senior Digital Manager of Operations and will be primarily responsible for optimizing and streamlining operations in the media planning and buying processes. This role requires an analytical, creative, and flexible mindset, with a focus on delivering operational excellence and breakthrough thinking across multiple business units. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external teams, implementing and adhering to process requirements. Knowledge of marketing, digital or media processes is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Optimize and develop processes that streamline and enhance operational efficiency in line with client and agency needs
- Manage and innovate dashboards for client media, verification, audit, and financial deliverables
- Oversee brand safety and account buying guidelines, coordinating with 3rd party partners like Integral Ad Science (IAS), internal and client teams to ensure compliance
- Handle client media audits, ensuring timely data transfer and media performance
- Manage adherence to financial compliance around Digital Platform Tax
- Oversee the completion of projects across various departments within the account, ensuring deliverables are met within the stipulated timelines
- Identify and implement process improvements across the investment workflow, introducing new processes with a focus on automation
- Support needed trainings across departments
Qualifications
- Proven ability to multitask, with strong analytical, abstract reasoning, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/stakeholders independently from beginning to end.
- Display a high level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate compliance, budgeting, planning and operational business acumen.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment.
- Dashboard management experience, PowerBI and Google Looker Studio preferred
- AI and automation experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and investment
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 8/2/2024
