Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Paid Social Supervisor to join our team, specifically working on the Verizon B2B line of business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B paid social media strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful paid social media campaigns. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day paid social media operations and ensuring business goals are met while continuously seeking innovation and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid social media strategies and campaigns for the Verizon B2B line of business
  • Hands-On Platform Work: Actively manage paid social media campaigns in ads platforms (LinkedIn, Meta & TikTok are a priority) and corresponding tasks including but not limited to planning, trafficking, pacing, optimizing and reporting
  • Prepare plan presentations and oversee preparation of paid social media plan presentation elements
  • Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of specified social media plans
  • Develop, plan and execute social test and learns

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure timely delivery of projects

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Verizon B2B paid social media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business goals and providing strategic recommendations
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign outcomes

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on paid social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Data Analysis: Hands-on work extracting and interpreting data and adjusting strategies in real-time based on performance metrics

Budget Management:

  • Assist in the development and management of social media budgets for the Verizon B2B account
  • Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, optimizing resources and maximizing ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid social media management, with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta & TikTok are priorities) with extensive knowledge in full funnel capabilities and objectives (awareness, traffic and sales)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing paid social media campaigns
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Hands-On Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in direct platform management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a media agency setting
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and B2B marketing trends
  • Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology (i.e. Double Click, Double Verify, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, etc.)

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
