Job Description

We're searching for a Manager of Data & Analytics who can inspire teams to develop new paths for growth, while driving strategic thinking and economic insight across client engagements. You'll improve budget and programs through disciplined analysis for the best possible return on marketing investment. You'll also collaborate with creative, media, marketing and technology, building a strategy for the client.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

  • Provide integrated marketing analytic solutions to improve client decision-making
  • Manage multiple external vendors, including online content management, data analysis, research tools, 3rd party ad server and offline letter shop, response and telemarketing vendors
  • Maintain functional expertise in areas like database marketing, integrated channel marketing, analytic tools and techniques, and other infrastructure
  • Offer direction to Analysts and Senior Analysts on all aspects of client deliverables
  • Track marketplace, technology and consumer demographic trends within multiple industries
  • Develop presentations to clients
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends


  • Four year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • 5-7 or more years of business experience in management consulting, advertising or interactive/technology consulting
  • Knowledge of digital analytics
  • Prior experience managing teams and projects
  • In-depth consulting skills and deep marketing analytics experience to provide strategic direction and analysis to our blue-chip clients
  • Rigorous analytical experience
  • Familiarity with the digital environment
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value and ROI
  • Proficiency in analytic tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, SAS and SQL preferred
  • You should be open to travel
