Job Description

The Community is expanding our Creative teams by hiring a Bilingual Junior Copywriter who will be responsible for providing copywriting efforts for agency clients. Under the supervision of and working closely with Senior Creatives, the Junior Copywriter will be responsible for bilingual copywriting efforts for agency clients and will work closely with Junior Art Directors to establish the identity and personality of the products assigned and ensure team’s creative efforts are impactful. The Junior CW research, conceptualize, write, proofread and edit ad and media content. They will also help to determine tone, style and structure of content, based on available space, principles, aesthetic sense and brand considerations. Working directly with Creative Directors, Media Strategists and Art Directors. Must be proficient in English & Spanish.


  • Write, edit, post, and proof content and copy
  • Communicate with team leads to coordinate concept, copy, interface, graphic design and structure of project with functional aspects
  • Work with the team to develop media experiences that exceed client goals. Carry out the creative vision and strategic mission of the agency
  • Actively seek out and help define new creative possibilities for client engagements
  • Assist in the development and growth of the copy/content team
  • Disciplinary focus on developing compelling creative messages
  • Cooperate with team on communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and clients
  • Be able to come up with ideas that can get the world talking. And have craft to back it up.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: must have relevant portfolio work to share
  • At least 0-2 years of experience in an agency, internship experience
  • Strong conceptual thinker
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to interact with team and clients in both English & Spanish
  • Must be team oriented
  • Deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Must have experience with TV, Digital, Print, POS, Promotions and Design.
  • Must have worked with Mac OS, Adobe CCS.
  • Talent must be in the US to be considered for this position.
