The Crown Is Yours
As a VIP Acquisition Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making that powers our VIP strategy and operations. You’ll be a core member of the VIP Analytics team, focused on generating insights and building tools that help our customer-facing teams identify and prioritize high-value opportunities. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the VIP Acquisition team to support their mission of finding and building relationships with high-value customers. Through cross-functional collaboration, model development, and deep-dive analyses, you’ll provide actionable insights that help our team allocate time and resources more effectively. Your work will directly influence how we scale our VIP efforts and deliver exceptional value to our most important customers.
What you’ll do as an Analyst II, VIP Acquisition
Build testing agendas, datasets, and model frameworks to identify and optimize the treatment of potential VIP customers.
Define measurable goals and develop dashboards to track key customer success metrics.
Partner with operators to frame business problems and design analytically rigorous, data-driven solutions.
Conduct in-depth analyses that explore broad topics and uncover new ways to think about our customers and VIP programs.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to DraftKings’ VIP management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the VIP organization, as well as partners in Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, and Marketing.
What you’ll bring:
2+ years of experience in an Analytics or Data Science role.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable frameworks.
Skilled at communicating nuanced data insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Familiarity with R, Python, or other statistical programming languages is a plus.
Solid understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing; experience with model building is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
