The Crown Is Yours

As an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on Sponsored Events & Activations, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable, high-impact brand experiences that showcase DraftKings and its partners. You’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of sponsored events and branded activations that drive visibility, engagement, and measurable value. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative and operationally-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing brand stories to life through live experiences.

What you’ll do as an Integrated Marketing Manager

  • Lead planning and on-site execution for partner-sponsored events, managing logistics, production timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure every activation reflects DraftKings’ brand standards and partner expectations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners—building trusted relationships, managing feedback loops, and aligning activation plans with strategic goals.

  • Drive strategic event research, location scouting, and venue evaluation based on partner needs, audience fit, market opportunity, and capacity.

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external vendors to translate partner objectives into compelling visual and experiential concepts.

  • Develop and execute targeted invitation and RSVP strategies that enhance guest engagement and event impact.

  • Deliver insightful post-event recaps that highlight performance metrics, partner feedback, media coverage, and key learnings.

  • Maintain and optimize sales enablement materials and recap collateral to support sponsorship packaging and future partnership development.

What you'll bring

  • At least 6 years of experience in event marketing, experiential activations, or integrated marketing, ideally with a focus on sponsorships or brand partnerships.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • A proven ability to balance creative ideation with precise execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

  • Experience presenting to clients and internal teams, with strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • A collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
