As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll drive digital marketing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and engagement across key products. You’ll work at the intersection of data, creativity, and performance, bringing campaigns to life across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search channels. In a fast-moving environment, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, optimize, and scale impactful marketing strategies. Your work will directly shape how we reach and retain customers during high-impact moments across the sports and entertainment calendar.

What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Senior Associate

  • Develop and execute digital media buying strategies across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search channels.

  • Launch and optimize user acquisition campaigns to drive performance against key metrics and business goals.

  • Design and implement A/B tests to uncover insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Concept and deliver innovative ad experiences by partnering with Creative, Brand, and Product teams.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to build campaigns that drive both acquisition and retention.

  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders, partnering closely with Marketing Analytics.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with external agencies and media partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance, streamline workflows, and generate data-driven insights for optimization.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience optimizing digital media campaigns, including A/B testing, performance analysis, and bidding strategies.

  • A strong understanding of ad platforms, media buying, and best practices across digital channels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of SQL preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working across teams and with external partners.

  • Interest in sports and gaming, with flexibility to support key moments aligned to the sports calendar.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
