  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner across marketing, products and ops to unlock opportunities and ensure consistency of brand experience across every touchpoint.

  • Use Data to Inform Strategy: Work closely with insights and analytics teams to inform briefs and measure performance, optimizing based on audience behavior and brand impact.

What you’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, social strategy, or integrated marketing—preferably with a mix of agency and client-side experience.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale brand campaigns and social strategies that drive measurable results.

  • A "chronically online" attitude for staying on top of latest trends

  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, social platforms, and the intersection of sports, entertainment, and culture.

  • Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
