Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of Baskin-Robbins’ organic social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and cultural moments.
- Oversee the content calendar, including planning, timing, and posting across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category Management, PR, Digital) to support integrated campaigns, product launches, and seasonal programs.
- Act as key point of contact for social media agency; Manage day-to-day activities, work with agency to develop and curate engaging content.
- Actively engage with the Baskin-Robbins social community, participating in real-time conversations and trends.
- Support social listening and surprise & delight opportunities to strengthen brand affinity.
- Use social analytics and reporting platforms (Sprinklr or similar social listening platform experience strongly preferred) to monitor performance, produce reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize content and engagement tactics based on data to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
- Monitor competitive performance to ensure Baskin-Robbins remains a leader in social.
- Assist with organic social components of brand campaigns, collaborations, and retail initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks related to organic social media activities.
- Stay agile and creative, with the ability to shoot dynamic social content and tailor it to each platform.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to deliver results and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT is key).
- Detail-oriented approach and desire to achieve objectives accurately.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to shoot and edit dynamic social content.

- Proven data interpretation capability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (consumer brand experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with social listening, analytics, and community management tools.
- Strong creative instincts and ability to develop engaging, brand-right content.
