Description
What you'll do:
- Own the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise insurance customers, with full responsibility for renewals and expansion.
- Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by expanding product footprint through new modules, add-ons, and seat growth.
- Build and execute account plans that increase share-of-wallet, accelerate pipeline creation, and deliver consistent performance against growth targets.
- Operate as the primary deal owner in the install base—leading all renewal and expansion sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and close.
- Develop and maintain executive relationships across the customer organization, including consistent engagement with C-level and senior decision makers.
- Multi-thread strategically across stakeholders to drive urgency, alignment, and decision-making in complex enterprise environments.
- Lead value-based discovery and commercial conversations that connect customer priorities to compelling outcomes, ROI, and business impact.
- Partner tightly with Customer Success to ensure adoption and outcomes, while proactively converting customer value into renewal strength and expansion momentum.
- Run high-impact executive touchpoints (e.g., QBRs, renewal strategy sessions, growth planning) that advance commercial objectives and secure sponsorship.
- Maintain strong pipeline generation, deal management, and forecast accuracy through disciplined CRM execution and proactive risk management.
- Drive internal alignment across Solution Consulting, Product, Services, and Leadership to win expansion deals and maximize long-term account growth.
Salary Range (base):
$ 130,000-160,000 per year
Requirements
You'll do it using:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success owning renewals and expansion within large, complex customer environments.
- · Demonstrated ability to consistently close expansion revenue through structured pipeline creation, account planning, and strong deal execution.
- · Proven track record selling to C-level executives and navigating enterprise buying committees to secure sponsorship and drive decisions.
- · Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals: qualification, deal strategy, competitive positioning, negotiation, and close plans.
- · Ability to create urgency and momentum in long-cycle environments while maintaining control of the commercial process.
- · Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, including comfort leading high-stakes renewal and expansion conversations.
- · Highly driven, accountable, and outcomes-oriented—operates with ownership, urgency, and a “get it done” mentality.
- · Strong forecasting discipline and CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar), with the ability to manage pipeline and predictably deliver results.
- · Ability to support a North America territory, including the United States and Canada.
