The Role

The Manager of Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning contributes to deliverables within go-to-market plans, client communications, and reporting across institutional and retail initiatives, working closely with other members of the GTM team. Fidelity Digital Assets℠ is a growth business, so comfort with varying pace of work, pivoting with the business and market needs, and operating with a high degree of ambiguity is required.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

A process- and detail-oriented planner skilled at navigating cross-functional relationships and managing complex projects with internal- and external facing deliverables. Able to independently source information and progress deliverables, and proactively communicate updates to team members and business partners to advance go-to-market planning and delivery against plans aligned to the launch of new products and features or other business updates.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate many stakeholder groups to support the GTM initiative leads with project management, owning routine reporting and sourcing and aggregating updates from GTM workstream members.

  • Able to manage multiple content development processes simultaneously to support development of field enablement resources, including helping to manage stakeholder reviews with partners such as compliance, client service, and product strategy.

  • Deep knowledge of marketing production to partner with Marketing and ensure on-time successful delivery of marketing assets, serving as day-to-day liaison, tracking progress of content development and timelines, and ensuring transparency for the GTM initiative lead.

  • Oriented towards looking at the big picture and making connections that contribute to alignment of initiatives and broader associate enablement, including helping to manage distribution of internal newsletters.

  • Curious and excited to learn the product offering and business on a deep level, participating in discovery with product and field business partners led by GTM initiative lead.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, project management, field enablement, or business planning.
