The Role
As a Brokerage Operations Associate Analyst, you will work in Treasury's Cash Management Services division to support timely and accurate Money Movement-related transaction processing while adhering to policy, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review incoming wire payment exceptions to identify the credit party and post/return accordingly
- Reconcile the department’s suspense accounts, including identifying, researching and resolving any breaks
- Review incoming retirement account wire receipts and code with the appropriate tax reporting mnemonic
- Deliver extraordinary service to all of our clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Find opportunities to improve key efficiencies within money movement to improve quality and scale our workflows
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 3-5 years of treasury operations and transaction servicing experience
- Suspense account reconciliation experience
- Knowledge of electronic payments processing (Fed Wire, SWIFT, ACH)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable to fast paced environment, willing to assist in other areas as needed
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with associates
- Ability to work overtime as needed for business requirements. Regular operating hours are 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
The Team
The Treasury department provides cash management and banking product, operations and advisory services in support of the various lines of business within Fidelity Institutional (FI). FI provides products, solutions and services to banks, broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, family offices and other financial intermediaries to meet their brokerage, operations, risk, and technology needs.
The base salary range for this position is $47,000-$74,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
