Job Description:
Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking an experienced business systems analyst to join our Analyst Chapter. We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated experience in business and/or systems analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to customers, and agile product delivery. The Principal Business Systems Analyst will join forces with the product owner, engineers, and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality in our External Defense space.
The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring

8+ years’ experience as a business analyst or systems analyst delivering software using agile development practices. Additional experience in cybersecurity or the financial services industry would be beneficial.

Demonstrates understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices within large business environments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems or related field

Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools is a plus.

In-depth understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles and leverages agile ways of working to improve product delivery on team.

Operates with a continuous improvement mentality and mentor's junior analysts by sharing expertise and cultivating curiosity.

Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and cyber or technical certificates are a plus.
The Team
Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data, and systems. As a member of the Analyst Chapter, you will join a team that is the center of excellence for business and systems analysis and contributes to driving outstanding solutions. In this role you will work in partnership with business and systems analysts, product owners, engineers, and architects in External Defense and as a member of the Perimeter Security Team.
